The typical Italian Bolognese Sauce you can easily keep in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound meat or minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 coffee spoon ground cumin
- 1/2 red pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 hand fresh basil
- 1 finely chopped onion
PREPARATION
First prepare the tomato sauce according to the recipe from the link above.
Chop the meat in the food processor. The onion cut finely. Basil, oregano and garlic set aside. Mix minced meat well with remaining herbs. Heat the oil in a pan, add oregano and garlic and fry briefly. Use basil not yet. Now mix everything together with the meat and fry in the pan.
The meat must be after baking very grainy and contain no lumps. If it is almost done, add finely chopped basil there and cook another minute. Put them on the fire, mix together the tomato sauce and let cool. Now you can also freeze the sauce.
