Nothing is as healthy as a natural and tasty soup. The main ingredient is water, the indispensable bouillon cubes, vegetables and of course a little fat. After all, fat is a flavor carrier. I can not tell you much fat is healthy but it is not unhealthy to be a bit of use. The healthiest fats for cooking is olive oil but the best fats are butter and sour cream.
