Delicious pins of radish and spring onions.
Preparation time 15 minutes .. Baking 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 8 pcs
- 2 bunches of radish
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- salt & pepper
- sunflower oil
PREPARATION
Clean and grate radishes. Let them rest for a while and then squeeze out the water. Also clean the spring onion and cut into rings. Put them together with the radishes in the bowl. Add all the other ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Make of the mixture on the pan with hot oil the cookies and fry them from both sides until pinkish.
Serve them with a dip of slightly salted yogurt with finely chopped mint.

Substitute the whole wheat flour by gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs by rice flakes and enjoy your gluten-free version.
