Healthy, vegetarian, and incredibly tasty pins.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 2 leeks, in chunky rings
- 5 stalks celery, into thick pieces
- 2 little eggs
- little piece of grated Pecorino cheese
- 8 tbsp oat-flakes
- 4 tbsp bread crumbs
- oil for baking
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Add the leeks and celery pieces in a food processor and chop, but not to a puree. Put the mixture into the large bowl and add the oats, cheese, breadcrumbs and eggs at. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat in the pan a little oil and a spoon shape with the pins of the fruit thereon. Bake the pin on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with salsa to taste (yogurt, mayonnaise or other) and refrigerated beverage desired.
