Marble cake made of apricots and raspberries. YUMMY!
Preparation time 20 minutes .. Baking 40-50 minutes
BASIC & APRICOT BATTER
- 1 cup of flour
- 0,5 cup of fine custard sugar
- 0,5 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 2 little eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 200 g pureed, fresh apricots (4 pieces)
RASPBERRY BATTER
- 1/4 of basic batter (without apricots)
- 50 g raspberry coulis
COCOA BATTER
- 1/4 of basic batter (without apricots)
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
BASIC & APRICOT BATTER
Mix the baking soda into the flour and set aside. Beat the eggs with the mixer loose, add crystal sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar has dissolved. Add the milk and beat a little further. Also add the flour and finally the oil over it. This is your BASIC BATTER.
Now divide the basic batter first in half and add there pureed apricots. Then divide the second half of the basic batter even once in two parts.
RASPBERRY BATTER
Mix one part of the divided batter with raspberry coulis and fill the pastry bag with your raspberry batter.
COCOA BATTER
Mix the second part of the divided batter with cocoa powder and fill the third pastry bag with cocoa batter.
FINISHING
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking pan with softened butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour a little bee apricot batter into it, followed by cocoa and raspberry batter batter. Keep up to e all processed apricots batter.
Bake the marble cake in the oven for 40-50 minutes – depending on your oven va. They then Remove from the oven, leave the first 5 minutes to cool in the mold and remove the cake after the bik and let cool completely.
