Delicious appetizers for Christmas or just for TV evening.
Preparation time 25 minutes .. Baking 12-15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 60 g grated Cheddar cheese
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 125 g butter at room temperature
- 185 g sieved flour
- 2 eggs
- sesam seeds for finishing
- salt en pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 356°F. In a food processor mix together butter, 1 egg, grated cheddar and parmesan. Add sifted flour and salt and pepper aftertaste.
Knead the dough well and roll into sausage. Wrap it in foodfoil and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll after the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut the cookies out of it. Put them on paper lined baking sheet and spread with the beaten egg.
Sprinkle the cookies with sesame (I added “a touch” of coarse salt). Bake them 12-15 minutes in the oven till golden and let them cool down on a wire rack, or directly in the bowl.
You can put them on the baking plate close to each other – while baking they only up.
