Andrea’s Wedding’s elixir

Heerlijke crème van Nespresso, mascarpone en Elixir d’Anwers voor mijn vriendin Andrea.

Bereiden 15 minuten

INGREDIENTS for “the groom”

  • 2 yolks
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone cream
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 200 ml strong Nespresso
  • 10 cl Elixir d’Anvers (typical liquor of Antwerp)

INGREDIENTS for “the bride”

  • rest of crème for the e “groom”
  • little fruit (can be defrosted)
  • sweet liquor

BEREIDING

Because there is about marriage, we use a large glass of a groom and a bride clientele glass.
If booster prepared for the “groom” the Nespresso 2 elvan Elixir d’Anvers and the “groom” make a fruit puree.

Soak the biscuits for the groom in the “drunk” coffee and the “bride” in the mash. To make the cheeks of the bride rose add the puree also dash of some “women” sweet liquor. With my eyes closed, I can call also Elixir d’Anvers a female liquor 😉

Now add in the glass “groom” chocolate sauce and red fruits for the bride. The best red, but if you have no other can do that with others.

Now prepare the cream: Beat the eigeels with powdered sugar until frothy. Then mix with a spoon the mascarpone. Whip the cream until stiff half with 1 tbsp icing sugar. Now mix the cream using spatula with the mascarpone cream.

Put the cream in two glasses, but for the “groom” approximately 2 cm high. Repeat till cream is used. At least put all glasses filled with cream into refrigerator and let cool down for couple of hours.

And now the truth: I prepared as first “the groom”, but because I had some more cream on, I decided to make some the “bride” as well ​​:-) And so I have something to feast for two or three next days too.
