How to surprise your child that is thousands of miles away? I do it with homemade healthy sweets. Although my student’s reaction to them was: “Hmm, not bad. But I don’t like them.”

INGREDIENTS .. 6-8 pers
- 250 g unsalted pistachios
- 350 g pitted dates
- 15 pcs pitted dates
PREPARATION
Put the dates and pistachios in a food processor and process until the nuts are ground.
Cut the pieces of dates in two. Make from pistachio-date mass small spheres with diameter of 2c coin. Press the balls from the side a bit thinner so you can put them into a dates.
Roll the rest of the pistachio-dates mass in small balls.
