Healthy, quickly done, and super tasty salad. You can enjoy it even with roasted chicken.
Preparation time 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 2 shallot
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- cider vinegar
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Cut the cabbage, carrots and shallot finely. Cut the apple in strips and mix all together.
For the vinaigrette mix a 3 tablespoons of sour cream together with shot of cider vinegar, pepper and salt.
Pour the vinaigrette over the greetings and mix it all together.
Serve with croutons of brown bread.
