Everyone knows that according to ancient custom in Slovakia, we welcome precious or important people always with bread and salt. As a typical Slovakian plus born East-Slovakian I feel our beautiful traditions and customs not only to maintain, but also passing them on. Sweet or salty, Flemish, or Slovak, with sourdough, rised or unleavened, with crispy crust and topped with various seeds. This is, how we know and eat our bread. Here you go:
