Salmon pralines

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Cooling time 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 12 pcs

  • 4 mooie sneetjes gerookte zalm
  • 1 schaaltje verse kaas gemengd met bieslook
  • 1 komkommer
  • 1 Granny Smith-appel
  • peper en zout

PREPARATION

Cut the cucumber and apple into small cubes. Mix them with fresh goat cheese with chives.
Put a piece of smoked salmon 4 to 4 cm on a piece of cling film. Put a spoonful of goat cheese. Lift the four corners of the film to tighten them until you get a ball. Allow 1 hour to harden in the refrigerator.

Make a cut in the film and make the film release. Place the chocolates in a paper tub and decorate them with a tuft of dill.
