The thighs of skillet

Wat all we can do to get a tasty and quick dish ASAP on the table.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers

  • 4 chicken legs, boneless
  • 1 big leek, in thin rings
  • 6 big potatoes, in little cubes
  • 8 slices smoked ham
  • 100 g smoked bacon, in strips
  • little bit olive oil
  • little butter
  • salt & pepper

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 220°C (fun ovens -20°C).
Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean the leek and cut into thin rings not. Sprinkle the bottom of a frying pan with some olive oil and spread the leek rings thereon. Now do the same with diced potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally also divide the bacon.

Cut the chicken legs in two and remove the bones. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and wrap each piece of meat in a slice of smoked ham. Place the chicken pieces on the vegetables with bacon and place them on small pieces of butter. Add very little water to the vegetables, place a sheet of aluminum foil on the pan and leave 45 minutes.

Serve with beer, white wine or cider.
