Light fish with fresh taste for hot summer evening.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pers
- 2 x 200 g nile perch
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Prepare the pesto according the recipe from the link.
Brush the foil with 2 tablespoons oil. Divide the fish and place on foil. Fold the packets closed and let in 10 min. To be in oven until tender. Meanwhile, cook the new potatoes in lightly salted water until tender. Drain, meg the butter and sliced onions.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges, sprinkle with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the fish packets with pesto, potatoes and the salad if you wish.
