Fantastic florets according the chef Christophe Declercq. Blessed and dangerous because they disappear really quickly.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 15 minutes .. Durability non – they’re too yummy !
INGREDIENTS .. 30 pcs
- 200 g marzipan 50%
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g flour
- some walnuts, other nuts or candied fruit
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Mix the softened butter with the marzipan. Add the flour in 3 times and rub them each very well by the mass.
Spray roses on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or baking foil. Press in the center a piece of walnut.
Bake about 15 minutes in preheated oven.
You can substitute the walnuts by other nuts or candied fruit.
