The classic recipe as I know him from home. The only difference is that I have made only a half-dose, and without a boiled eggs inside of a meatloaf. For two it was really enough.
Preparation time 7 minutes .. Baking 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 1 kg minced meat
- 8 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2-3 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp All spice
- salt & pepper
Mix all materials together until homogenous. Now, you have two options for further processing:
1. Shape the mixture into a loaf and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes,
2. Make rissoles from the mixture, cover with Mycryo and fry on both sides in the dry pan.
Serve with green beans porridge →, with potato and vegetables, or between two slices of bread greased with mustard 😉
