Excellent vinegar for salad dressings.
Preparation time 1 week & 20 minutes .. Durability 1 year
- some elderflowers
- 250 g sugar
- white wine vinegar
Put some flower heads in a pot and cover with a bottle of white wine vinegar. Close the jar tightly. Let’s draw a week at room temperature. Then pour the liquid through a fine sieve and add vinegar per liter 250 g of sugar. Let it boil, stirring.
Fill bottles to the brim with hot vinegar and closes well.
This vinegar is delicious over the salad.
