Cockerels stock

It’s a quite long time ago I made a chicken of other stock. So I decided to enlarge our register of these kind of soups on Povvi 🙂

Preparation time 90 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers

  • 2 young cockerels
  • 1 leek
  • 2 parsley roots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt & pepper

PREPARATION

Wash the chicken, place in large stockpot. Add the carrots, potato, onion, parsley, garlic or other vegetables you want in the pot. Cover with water and add the seasoning to taste of your family. Turn the heat to medium high until the broth begins to boil, then turn down and simmer until the vegetables are tender and the meat falls off the bones.

I cooked some noodles separately because we like to eat them in broth. Enjoy!
