Chestnut cream

Fluffy cream for roulades, desserts and other treats.

Preparation time 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 250-300 g chestnut puree
  • 200 g butter
  • 3 big tbsp icing sugar

PREPARATION

Beat the butter with sugar until soft foam. Now add the chestnut puree and beat until soft cream with hand mixer. Enjoy!
